There any ways to get eve to run in 720p. Yes I know that it says 768 is the minimum but I am looking to see if it is possible to over ride that some how. As I play from my laptop at times that has the very common resolution of 1366 by 768. Which means that if I play in windowed mode like I always have I can't see the bottom of the eve window as the windows task bar sit over it.
Yes I know that I can have the task bar auto hide but I know from past experience that is more pain than its worth.

found this, dunno if it's any help-
I think i fixed my 1280x720, odd problem tho:
1) Add a custom resolution in Nvidia driver as described above (it will not show up in Eve but only in windows) 2) Change your desktop size to 1280x720 (it looks terrible but live with it for now) 3) Start Eve, set it as windows, 1280x720 (it should show there) and everything else you want to have. 4) Close Eve, revert your desktop size to whatever you prefer, I'm a 1680x1050 guy :) 5) Start Eve again, when you go settings, you CANT pick 1280x720 anymore, but it remains in the last used size which should be the 1280x720, i checked mine with jRuler (its a ruler on the screen) and its the correct size. 6) Don't ever touch your resolution again

hope it helps

Well that was a no go for me. Its strange I was all okay until this last update and now no matter what I do it will not stay in it.
On a side note who in there right mind okays taking out 720p as a resolution.

You should be able to run your native resolution and select fixed window, it will align to the top left corner and the taskbar should not cover the client. ------------------------------------- The system issues man. |
