It was happening long before that.
I've only used sisi a few times in the past 4 years, mainly due to rules breakers and general tards on there.
I've helped with a mass test, learning skill removal test and a test on fighter bombers. None of which took place in FD.
I think I've been in FD once or twice, only for it to reaffirm my thoughts on many of the locals.

So how do you get someone banned for podding on purpose. I was 2 times this week. I petitioned the first incident and and haven't gotten any response from that.
On that occasion I was in BF3 and was waiting for another frig pilot to 1v1 and a Curse started engaging me so I ejected so I could hurry and get into another frig, so I could come back to the pilot I was to 1v1 with. Well the curse locked my pod and put a scram on me, then proceeded to pod me.
So yeah, I want to know how to get rid of the rif raf to make isi a place to come in and test and practice with my corp mates.
Last night I was podded by a bomb after I was alfa'd in my tengu last night in FFA BC, by a Carrier or BS. Whats up with the BS's and Carrier's in FFA BC and smaller anyway.
I was also in FFA frigate last night and a BS was smart bombing frigs while the frigs were in 1v1 action.
So how do you get someone banned?

atm alot of items arent 100 isk, so most people are curled up in a ball shooting people in FD-
Which is pretty funny imo but I can understand why people are getting ****ed at this
