Basically CCP, you've messed up. The game is now so unbalanced and in such need of refinement that you don't know where to start. Admit it CCP, don't you wish you could just roll back the game to 2005, don't you??

Your thread has no real content as it is. If you are going to start a thread, at least explain yourself. You know those things called details that let people and CCP know what you are specifically complaining about.

On top of that unless you are the majority shareholder in CCP then this game is probably one of the many things you do not own.

You pay for ****? Well I guess that explains how CCP got you to invest.

Where did you check? Just because CCP isn't a publicly traded company doesn't mean there aren't shareholders. To quote on report:
Originally by: july 2008 Major Shareholders
At the date of this Prospectus there were 97 shareholders in CCP. The ten largest shareholders owned a total of 97.9% of the CompanyÆs issued share capital.
NP ehf 33.99 Teno Investments S.-.R.L 17.21 Reynir Har=arson 11.37 Arion safnreikningur 5.60 Matthfas Gu=mundsson 3.72 Hilmar Veigar PTtursson 2.82 Novator ehf 2.56 Frosti Sigurj=nsson 2.44 Fri=rik +rn Haraldsson 2.42 Gu=mundur Kristinsson ehf 2.39 Ten largest 84.52 Other 87 shareholders 15.48
EDIT: "1998 First product launched in 1998 û a family board game called ôHµttuspilö."
Quote:
In Hµttuspil (or Danger Game) the player takes on the role of a young person and his object is to collect the 25 points needed to win. Collecting points is done by buying items according to each person's interests. The points can be lost as well, for example if the player gets a drug card.
The game was designed and published by the founders of CCP to finance the beginning of their Eve Online project.
So was it any good?

What have you done to my forums?
Basically Major, you've messed it up. The forums are so full of trolls and in such need of moderations that you really don't know where to start. Admit it Major, you wish you could just roll back the forums to "idiots not allowed" don't you??

He has got a point. The direction of this game has become... dubious. Is it going anywhere? Or is this the point where CCP believes it should be? IE. Stagnant empire. Stagnant low sec. Blobfest 0.0.
Wormholes are cool but it seems their success is being ignored in favour of the same old boring nullsuck. Sig ---

My guess he is just trolling, start a thread with no specifics and let people fill in the blanks like you are now doing.

This, pretty much. The fact that solo pvp is now completly dead and is not a viable way for income. The fact that eve online is now buffer/nano online. The fact that eve is being dumbed down with each and every patch. When I started playing eve online it was brutal, there were no holds bared. There was a real incentive to mining or ratting in lowsec let alone nullsec but now, nah, forget it. Anyone from 04/05 knows what my gripe is, what annoys me most is how much of a cookie cutter game this has become, sure there are thousands of combinations you use to fit your ship but really, there are only 1 or 2 sensible setups you can use on any ship if you want to succeed. Battleships are hardly used for pvp now, there useless for sniping. Everyone and there mother has an alt. ECM, don't even get me started. The list goes on, and on.
/rant off. I'm just annoyed the once epic eve has now become wow, but with spaceships.

I completely agree with you, we had something to believe in eve, now is just a game. Eve had such a power on me in past like a drug, the eve dream is dead now is just a job. It's like something or someone is trying to block eve to explode or have the glory that it deserves that it had in past. but talking on here is useless u'll just get trolled and trolled, /me stops talking
