Situation: You need isk fast! 
Option 1: Scam someone in Jita?

Option 3: Pawn your faction battleship! 
Most everyone is familiar with the concept of a pawn shop. For those who are not it is simply a loan service where you use an item as collateral to secure a loan. If you do not repay the loan on time, the collateral is sold to cover the cost of the loan.
Taking advantage of the current contract system I will allow you to "pawn" items with me. Terms are as follows:
1. Loan durations are 3 days, 1 week, and 2 weeks.
- 3 day loans = 4% interest
- 1 week loans = 8% interest
- 2 week loans = 12% interest
2. Collateral must be at least +25% the value of the loan.
3. Contract must be set up in The Forge, The Citadel, or Lonetreak Regions.
3. If a loan is not paid within the time specified in the contract the item(s) will be forfeited and the loan need not be repaid.
Basically it goes like this... you want a loan for 500m so you contract something to me with a value of 625m. I accept the contract and immediately put that item back up on contract back to you for the cost of the loan + interest. So in this example if you wanted 2 weeks to repay your loan, i would contract your item back to you on a 2 week contract for for 560m. If 2 weeks go by and you do not accept the contract, the item becomes mine and you do not have to repay the isk.
I will accept most forms of collateral, however if you try to secure a loan with 285,935 caldari shuttles i probly won't accept the contract... just sayin be reasonable!
I have been doing this for corpies and friends for a while now and figured since its a pretty secure method for both parties i'd offer it to the community. Should you have any questions feel free to contact me in game.

I'm curious to how popular this service is proving to be as I came up with something similar a while back but didn't put it into action...

Have had a few people propose various offers, two have taken loans so far, and one has tired to scam me lol  . All in all so far so good!
