How long will a bubble last in space after being anchored? Is it just a month like ships and so on that are left out in space or indefinitely? Do you have to ensure that you re-anchor the bubbles now and then to avoid having them be "collected" by the EVE garbage collection code?

They're planted around a POS in w-space and serve both as a way to trap ships and as art - made a Sierpinski Triangle formation - looks beautiful. So unlike New Eden null sec these will likely not be bothered with too much hence yes they could end up being "collected".

orly? Been to w-space? some holes have ONLY anchored bubbles, I've warped all over them doing explo sites and never found one.

I'm guessing maybe they do last forever- just unsure. Fortunately there's a medium bubble that someone placed in the system before I moved in - who knows how long ago. Have yet to see it and probably never will. It's like a canary in a coal mine. Seeing it still on scan means that my 25 bubbles planted afterwards won't be disappearing quite yet.
