Most of eve pvp seem to happen around gates atleast for me and there is nothing wrong making blockage to some gate, but there is something missing from game, if majority of pvp is gate camping. I am not asking CCP to make any rules to limit and I would hate to see any rules to limit players freedom, but there should be more other objectives to pvp than start camping gate and attack anyone coming out of it.
Correct if I am wrong, but isnt most of pvp happening around gates everywhere in eve where there is pvp?

PvP can occur in 4 places.
A mutually agreed place - planet, moon whatever .. never going to happen. Asteroid belts - but then you are just killing miners. Stations - Happens, but only if you know your enemy is going to be there Gates - The majority of the time, simply because people have to use them to travel.
The rest of the time people are in warp and can't be attacked.
The same is true for piracy, ganking and warfare.

Avon speaks true.
But don't believe that PvP is only about camping gates.
At least, 99% of MY PvP has nothing to do with camping. _______________________________________________

At a planet? Yes, it happens sometimes when adversaries meet and agreee to a one on one. Asteroid belt? All the time- not always miners. Sometimes NPC'ers Stations? Rarely. Maybe in empire for those at war? Wouldnt know because no one ever declares war on us. Gates? Quite often. Because space is large and they are the entry/exit to a system. But most of the time it is expected in 0.0.
There are no: 1-Safe spots 2-Ore thieves 3-Corp thieves Just people that do not understand game mechanics.

That can occur anywhere but usually its a war-gatecamp from the system the enemy stays in most (or station camp) ----------------------------------------

I pvp near to daily with any of my chararacters. I have however not been involved in a gatecamp in the last year.
To say 99% of Eve pvp is gatecamping is simply moronic and speaks volumes about your frustrations with the ones that do gatecamp. It also tells lost about your experience in pvp. _______________________________________________
