As an attorney, particularly with an international specialisation, I can say that if your story is even remotely true, and there are actual court proceedings in progress, than that case would be a matter of public record. Court proceedings are rarely sealed except in the case of serious murder, or situations where witnesses may be in danger.
So basically, if you are actually in court proceedings with CCP, then those proceedings are public and we would like to see a link to them, or a case citation, or anything that was actual proof of your claims.
Assuming you were, in fact, an attorney, then you would be well aware that case files/records are not made public until the end of the trial. Thus, it would be impossible for him to provide a case citation for an ongoing proceeding. U R paralegal with big dreamz?
