I am in Balginia in the Heimatar region. I need help getting my reputation with the Brutor Tribe to 8.0 so I can create a jump clone and leave this area for good.
I am doing lvl 4 missions with a quality of 15. My status is at 7.48 and I need someone to help me because I keep getting missions I canĘt solo or I get blown up. So I have to drop the missions and i loose standings!
If this is not the right area for this thread please tell me a better place to put it.
If you can help me please let me know. I will pay if necessary.

You could solve that problem with patience. Just wait those 4 hours. Or find somebody with a Rorqual to get your JC. (Read: Your corp most likely sucks.)

Why don't you just do level 3 missions until you get your standing to 8?

Umm, why do you need a JC to leave the area? You're free to mission, so why aren't you free to just hop in a ship and fly off to Dodixie or Tintoh or somewhere?

Do level 3 missions until the 4 hour cooldown expires.
Alternately, train up your BS skills so that you can solo the missions, or modify your tactics to win. Assuming you're minmatar, swapping to a fast ship with heavier DPS and kiting things to death is your best bet to run things fast.
For the other races:
Amarr/Gal: make sure you train hull upgrades to 5, use a mission-specific double tank (i.e. two hardeners each for the mission's primary damage types) and two large repair modules, with enough cap rechargers to run them infinitely. For everything but blood raiders (which tend to leech your cap) that'll make you nearly invincible in L4s, and you can then work up your primary weapon system (energy turrets for Amarr, Drones for Gal) until your DPS covers it.
Caldari: (disclaimer: I don't fly Caldari myself, so grain of salt) Get raven. Focus on (shield) tank until almost invincible. Then train up missile skills to kill everything. Passive shield tank is an option, too.
Alternately, get a buddy from your corporation to come along and duo L4s instead of soloing them. Much easier, usually a better reward/time rate (unless you have ridiculous sp investment in missions specifically and are blasting through in an officer marauder or something), and they'll become your friend, especially if they're specced into ships that can't do 4's themselves. Asking for random people to help on the forums is a bad idea-- go for your corp first, then try local. Both are less likely to do something to get you blown up just for fun. ---

Estel Sold the Service.
Here's the link to the new service (from the end of the thread above).
New ECS Link
And yeah - where you should be asking for help is from your corporation.

If you have the standings to create a Jump Clone with another corp you need not grind standings for Brutor.
For example (what I did):
Say you have 8.5 standing with the Caldari Navy. Create a Jump Clone in a CN station, move to another station and jump into the new clone.
Fly to Minmatar space in your new clone and Jump Back to the original in Caldari Space after cooldown. Easy.
If not, just run level 3's rather than failing level 4's.
