Security status -5 (I will be ratting to get this down; so that, character can enter highsec).
Positive wallet.
Excellent Gallante/Minmatar standings.
Excellent killboard history.
Comes with no real assets.
Has a few jump clone without implants in highsec/lowsec.
Starting bid is 8 billion.
Auction ends Sunday afternoon; and I have the right to end it sooner or cancel the auction.

Jeremy is an excellent developed PVP character. The painful capital jump skills are trained. With 2.54 million skills to reallocate you can develop him in what ever direction you desire. I had planned to do Amarr cruiser 5 and max logistic skills for a Guardian.

10 billion ISK is a nice offer; but, to early to accept as a buy out offer. In addition I need to rat the security down so you can get into highsec.
