I just reactivated my account, I'm trying to update the client from Tyrannis. It says Connection Error: Incompatible when I try to connect. Is this because the server is currently down? Or do I have to download a new client? Thanks.

In your EVE installation folder. Called "repair.exe" or somesuch.

Ok I clicked it and it says errors occurred, and it says check this log file in my temp folder and I went there and theres no file there.

Yeah i figured it out. I had gotten a virus so I ran malwarebyes, removed some of it. Updated malwarebytes removed the rest but it kind of ****ed up my registry. Used a registry repair tool. That fixed everything pretty much except the virus had ****ed all my browser and IE settings to use a proxy. It had blocked steam and my ability to connect to eve. So once i changed the settings on IE it allowed steam and eve to connect again. What a pain in the ass.
