Why don't you do somin about it?
Empire
War dec their corp (if they're stupid enough to not be in a npc corp)
Suicide gank them, this goes double for those of you with security status at 5+ (Don't worry it'll go back up once you go back to missioning)
Low sec
Gank em on gates in a bc as they go about running their courier missions
0.0
join their alliance and gank em (easy mode)
or
bubble all their belts, leave system for a few min, then jump back in and gank em as they try to jump out.
or
my personal favourite
everyone steamroll in one alleged "botting friendly" direction and destroy everything you find till there's nothing let.
At least that way I wouldn't have to see all these "CCP DO SOMETHING WAAAAAA" posts.
Sure CCP should look into it but at the same time eve gives you the means to deal with it yourselves so shut the **** up and do something about it if it bothers you that much.

You know the bot has a counter to both of these suggestions :P
Besides botting and rmt are not game mechanics, it isnt the same as "hey if you dont like those guys go kill them", CCP are the ones who need to address this NOT players, there is only so much ganking and afk cloaking a person can do.
When you have 10k+ active players botting daily it will take alot more than hulkageddon to fix it :P
