Originally by: Rusty Waynne If I knew about it before then I would have mapped for even attributes so I'm not limited to just training what I'm primarily mapped for. With the change to the attributes and a fresh remap I can go for an even distribution and have decent training times for any and all skills.
Why weren't you able to go for an even distribution before this?
Or, perhaps more accurately: why do you feel that you want to go for an even distribution after this change and why didn't you want to do it before?
Because before this change I didn't have full attributes. After it, I will. (i didn't have full learning because I'm still somewhat a new character)
I would have gone for and stayed with an even map had I had all learning skills trained. But I did not...

One of my characters who didn't use any of the two newbie remaps before the current SiSi mirror has 3 remaps on SiSi. My other character who has used one of the two newbie remaps has 2 remaps on SiSi. So it should be one additional remap for everyone, even if you have one or two currently avaliable.
Still looks like there are only 14 attributes remappable.

Even map is not the most efficient, actually. There are a lot of Int/Mem skills (more than Mem/Int) and there are a lot of Per/Wil skills (of higher rank than Wil/Per). Also, very few Charisma skills, still. A maximized Int/Per map is something like 10-15% better than an even map, in the long run, if you don't know what you'll be training or want to mix and match and do whatever at any given time.

Fine. How about a remap just as a good gesture.
Honestly...why would anyone be against a free remap anyway?
Do you turn down money if someone offers it to you for free?
See this is why we can't have nice things...

You know the possiblity of a neural Remap is very nice...but honestly.

Ooh yes, free remap please!
When I read about the remap for plex feature I remapped to charisma/will assuming I could change it after a few months. |
