First, let me say I've been quite impressed by the responses to Nation incursions recently. SYNEPUBLIC has over 600 members watching, and is, to my understanding, one of three or four forces that respond to this threat. I've had the privilege of working in several fleets, and have been able to respond to eight or nine attacks. It's been impressive watching fleets form, and with Nation stepping up its attacks, this sort of thing is exactly what we need.

However, this afternoon I lost my temper. I've cooled a bit since, and wish to apologize for my choice of words.

BUT, I do feel people need to understand that when a hundred and twenty people across four comm channels all demand invites to a fleet within the span of five minutes, while the FC is trying to coordinate an attack plan and while squads are being assigned, some of you might be missed. Some of you might have to ask a few times before an invite is sent. Some of you might get passed over more than once.

Please stop the passive-aggressive claims that nobody ever invites you, likes you or lets you join in. We are capsuleers, elite warriors of a sort. Be patient. You're immortal, after all.

Form a fleet of your own. There are already several.

Or if the engagement is in High-security space, get in there on your own. I've responded out of fleet on three occasions, and my bullets work fine.

Fleet commanders have enough on their plate, and don't need to be attacked, called incompetent, or be accused of not letting anyone in while they're trying to organize five hundred people in the middle of a firefight. Could they do better? Maybe. Could wing leaders help out more? Probably. Tell you what, step up yourself and show them how it's done.

Otherwise, just have a little respect and patience. We'll bring the zombies down yet.
