Ever since a few days ago, I have had these graphics bugs (i assume they're bugs) where everything is pixelly and very blurry, with some random spastic lights flashing over the screen occasionally. All my other games run fine, and I am POSITIVE I never changed any of the settings... but to make sure, I went through each graphic setting to determine if it was the one causing the problems, and nothing worked.
I reinstalled the game, updated directx, and updated my drivers.
Help is highly appreciated :) I'm running on windows 7 with ATI 5600 series and 10.11 catalyst drivers
if any more info is needed, don't hesitate.
thanks!

Hmmm.
Make sure the colour depth is 24bit with 8bit alpha.
32bit Z-buffer with 8bit-stencil.
Also in the Cataylst Control Centre, ensure AA is disabled and all other options are on Application controlled. ------------------------------------- The system issues man. |

CCC doesn't give option to disable AA, but I put it to 2x (the lowest) and set it to application controlled. I also made the colour changes, and there's still no difference :(
I can't figure out why this would happen, maybe I'll try rolling back my ATI drivers but they shouldn't be the issue (i updated AFTER the changes occurred) so I just have no clue.

Oh and I think it's worth mentioning it's only with this game; no other ones were different when these bugs occurred in Eve.

This sounds like more of a hardware problem than anything else.
Do these 'bugs' happen all the time, from when you first log in until you log off? Or does your session start out fine then after a while the bugs appear?
Do they happen in space and in station or just one? ----- Ambush. Hit and run. Gank before tank. Speed is life. |

The bug where everything is slightly blurry/pixelly occurs all the time, inside or outside stations...
The other one, with the flickery white flashes over the screen, occurs while moving or looking at the exhaust of moving spaceships... basically it kinda stretches the light from the exhaust all over the screen; not as bad as i'm making it sound, but it's definitely annoying enough not to get used to lol.

I recently just had this same issue with my fiance's laptop which has a mobile Radeon HD 5650. This only happened after installing some windows updates and the Incursion 1.0.1 update, not sure if those are what caused it though.
I was able to fix it by going into Catalyst Control Center, disabling Catalyst A.I., then also checking "Use application settings" for Anti Aliasing and Anisotropic Filtering. I'm not sure what exactly fixed it because after the issue was resolved, I set everything back how it was in CCC and the issue did not return. Ok, thanks! I'll try that right now.
