Ever been in an unfamiliar region of EvE and not been able to find your locator agents?
Searching around on eve-agents.com can get you somewhere, but can be tedious, especially if you're not sure of the geography in game and you might have an agent one jump over in another region.
The solution? http://eve-locator.comlu.com/index.php.
Fill in your standings, or use the links to the eve-api page where by filling in your limited API we will generate your full list of standings to factions and corporations that can possibly enable Level 3 and 4 agents.
For IGB users, if you click the trust button the site it will also automatically fill in your current system, and provide buttons to make the game set your autopilot destination to the selected locators.
(Or, if you don't trust the site, you can fill in your starting system and get buttons which will do a show info on the system where the locator is and you can manually set your autopilot)
Now go and find that scumbag even if you are away from home. --

Edited by: Mamba Lev on 14/12/2010 15:17:54 Nice bit of kit, taken a major pain out of finding agents close to me, could do with a cookie or something remembering me so i don't have to input standings each time i visit, since i can keep the url after entering the information it's not a problem.. Incredibly handy :)

Nice work. I will be passing this tool on to the corp mates and using it myself.

All of your standings are in the URL for the site. So once you bookmark it you are done. No cookies needed. (That, and I didn't want to use up any of my preciously limited db space storing user info and logins)
Its actually built using no DB back-end at all to be as lightweight on the server as I could manage. (Heaviest parts are all the auto-generated tables containing the systems and their jump patterns I use to figure out how far away all the agents are from the DB Dump, the agents themselves, and of course the station tables)
Thankfully I can re-use them in my next little piece of magic I'm tinkering with (that might end up taking all my DB space) --
