They did say that SP cannot be transferred to other chars which means your SP belongs to your char and not to your account. Logically, SP should go with the char.

Kinda Stupid since you can't train but 1 char at a time per account. So you had to Stop your main To train up a transporter or something like that and spent money from main to buy the skills for your alt.

Not overly annoyed, just means spending an extra night away from EvE while my toon sits next to the ship he's waiting to fly - half way across empire space from my other ships.
