If I'm correct about that, it means that they may have added something. My guess is one more attribute point. Or a few. Or a remap. Or both.

For starters they have to move the learning skill book part and add it to the end of the basic attribute part. Then they have to shift the implant part further to the right. As for more intuitive that could just mean better descriptions when you mouse over.
