I understand the price, also I msut state this is THE MOST underestimated ship in fleet battles...
During 3fa/JQA war I was able to dampen (render hopefully no able to hit at all) up to 4 BSes using 4 named dampeners and 1 sensor booster ( from over 120km)... Now this is total ownage 
And if they decided to concentrate fire on me, natural resistnaces allowed me to warp out/return each time....

Yes, they will sell you that ship. Yes, you will more than likely wait in a line. This ship does take 35 hours to build. So enjoy staring at the back of your buddies head for the next few days while you stand in that line.
I know of 2 people in the past coule of hours that would much rather pay a little higher price and have a usable ship, NOW! Waiting sucks.

Another 2 ISHTAR has been bought at 60M One more ship rolled out of the factory and has been added to market at the same price. 60M
