It's slower if you had the primary maxed out before with the 100% training bonus. That's even without any learning skills learnt.
This character I started a few days before the change so as to see what the change would mean for a new player.
Leadership level 4 before the change was over 15 hours now it 16h 7m (in queue not started yet).
So because the 1.6 mill 100% training bonus was removed as well as the learning skills, it will slow it down generally to below where it was before. But after 1.6 mill sp they will then benefit from the increase in attributes although it will take a bit longer to get to where it would have been.
Biggest benefit is that all the sp can now go into skills that you wish to train in your chosen career path.

Its a lot faster as you dont waste your 1,6 mill learning bonus ++ on learning skills.

If you read her post close enough, you'd see she isn't complaining. For the most part she is just providing an explanation for others before they start with the "MY TRAINING TIMES SUX NOW" threads.

Its slower for the first 1.6 mil but faster in the long run.

Suggestion: Remove the "new topic" button from everywhere apart from the list of topics section within a subforum.
