tbh ccp are really stupid over buffer tanking caps. As well as slaves, other hp implants, sheild recharge plants etc a titan also uses the same trimarks as a dominix ffs.
Stop non capital specific implants working on caps
Create XL rigs for caps that cost 100 times as much

I am sure the russian macros will love you for it.
OT though, CCP should alter the slot layout of the Hel to make it an armour tanking ship. And swap the shield and armour HPs over too.
Would see ALOT more people using the Hel then :D

Nice troll. If anything CCP should switch all Minmatar ships to shield tanking, don't leave armor tanking a truely viable option for them; even out the number of ships that shield tank vs number that armor tank.

This, it sucks that I have to fit armor links to a vulture because shield tanking is the minority

I concur tanking implant of any type should not work on capitals and capitals should have their on rigs that scale with the materials up in the same ratio. OR
Make them all work for capitals both armor and shield.
This is just pure bias towards armor buffer like we do not have enough of that already
