Hello All,
I have a suggestion to massively improve Jita Lag, when the system gets over 1000 people, disable local chat. All the spammers, scammers etc will have to move 1 system over in order to keep their "business" running and it will distribute the load more evenly.
In addition/alternatively, allow concord to deliver goods 1 system away during high traffic times, as they do with towing ships.

one thing for sure, Jita local chat is nothing but cesspool of scams, spam, and smack
and half of those are botters

also implement an idle timer for jita. So like if you are afk in jita for like 30 minutes you get sent to a neighboring system.

would be funny way to escape war dec Jita station camps
or to come back to computer and find you are docked in another station with no ship

What if there was just a limiter on all the chat messaging? Say if you post the same thing twice or more with less than a 5 min* gap in between it won't post it.
*(or whatever other limit if you want to go more)

It isn't the repeated spamming, it is the people there to just babble. If you can't post the same text, you alter a word or two each time.
Eve clearly needs a venue for more social interaction, as Jita shows, let's split it over 6 adjacent systems.
