I think this will be interesting, as usual a few stupid ppl not realising we are at war will get killed in indys and whatnot. BUT, this time Celes might pay a higher price than last time;)
So I hope we can keep it friendly and fun, both here and ingame;) Gl everyone.

We had some good fleet battles with SE during the last empire war. And im sure the SE who were ACTUALLY there will agree.
Thats something i've noticed about the forums, people who have actually fought us generally stfu with the smack, and are actually quite civilised.

Erm... It wasn't that long ago that Celes claimed they were dropping the war with SE and raised a call to arms to take on BOB (right?)
So what happened?... did Celes get wtfpwn3d?... or did Celes even go up there?

We retracted our empire wars as we had 2 alliance wars. We couldnt afford them at the time as they where multipying each other. 121 mil for SE and 150 for CA/week. Many guys were going on holidays for christmas and would of been pointless paying for expensive wars when we werent around.
We NEVER said anytime we were dropping our war with SE.
We went up north last week trying to get a fight with some bob, but couldnt get one. It was a case of "lets wait around and play blob wars. No fights in 4 nights running= bored celes. They got some ganks on us and we got some ganks on them but overall pretty boring.

Celest.. it's pritty clear that this war of yours is an act of piracy and it dosnt even matter if you admit it or not, Everyone see's it, even you guys... you want to be the white knights.!!! on the white horse /emote gives everyone a PONY.
Well you made up a trap for CATCH area and SE fell into it... SE offerd to pay for the loss and the missunderstanding, CELES on the other hand gave SE the big finger and said "PIRATES, you kill everyone" ... duhhhhhh we fight in catch we kill everything that isnt blue to us *EVEN OUR ALTS* ;)
You start a war to gank empire souls who are running agent missions or taking all your veldispar from you so you wage a war, in some time your corp gets "inactive" for some reson and you stop the war.. everything was dandy, SE though ok they finaly saw there stupidness....
Now there is not much of any figthing atm for Stain Empire so i here by want to thank you for this war and give us something todo until something comes up at our homeland....

Of course not.

Thing is, we declared the war but it doesn't mean we have to hurl our small fleet straight into your blob.

if you really wanted to fight and have fun you might want to pick a more evenly matched enemy.

This war is really not the big a deal. I guess i can understand the war declaration and since you want to gank this will give a vast amount of targets. But what does that pove? You can kill alot of miners? You can kill alot of agent runners? Thats kinda lame. If you were really itching for a brawl you could have just simply came down to catch and had some fun for free. No Curse just us out for a little fun in hed-gp or whatever system you decided to make your stannd in. But whatever, the war we had before was fun mostly just seeing who could gank who but this i tells ya will be a blast. But in all honesty i don't think it will last. At first it will to give us something to do but eventually peps will get tired of traveling from stain to empire to fight since most of us base in 0.0. So if you really want something to do come to catch you don't have to spend any isk plus you get to fight the pvp guys all you want. but it is kinda funny that you contend that you are not pirates but go to war with te stain empire. Then again i guess it is all a matter of perception.

maybe your main millitary problem is you need to show up in full force to do anything. while SE pilots are fully capable of either solo fighting or fighting in small-medium-large groups deep within enemy territory in 0.0 space.
you should give it a try. you might learn something from it and it might even enhance your gaming experiance a bit.
but declaring war on an alliance, not even attacking the alliance home and then whining about that alliance finding you and outnumbering you in empire space sounds a bit weak to me.
I think you can do alot better that that.

Celestial Apocalypse wants to gank our empire haulers, agent runners and miners. That's what it seems like to me. It might be fun but I wouldn't call it a challenge.

We dont want to come to stain where you have all your resources and man power. We want to fight were we have ours and where we are based?
So we cant take on a 90 ship gang.....oh noes our military sucks. Im quite capable of fighting solo, and in small medium and large engagements thankyou. But it seems our definition of large is sum what difference due to the fact a) u fight with an ALLIANCE b) we fight as a corp. You cant measure corp vs alliance warfare on the same sorts of values u measure alliance vs alliance.
WTF is so hard to understand about that.

I'd say it's you guys complaining about us not engagning your 80+ blob. As far as I know we had had people running around empire killing SE while you tried blobbing us in Nonni, so how is it us that have a "millitary problem"? We level the playin field by not enabeling you to simply look at the map. We avoid a far superior fleet and attack other places... I'd call that adapting while your blob war is a remnant of 0.0 fighting.

Well here's the thing, you're asking us to come with a specific number (18ish I guess) and D. Solo said he has a spy in our Empire group. So now we have a fleet of 18 and you guys know ship types, loadouts, location, stratedgy etc. It would be suicide to split off into a group of 18 and fight you with the knowledge D. Solo leads us to believe he has. I think you guys are the ones who shot yourselves in the foot.
It's very easy to get a spy into a 3000+ character alliance, it's very hard to get a spy into an 87 member corp that only has 18 active fighters at any given time. This gives you an advantage we will never have. I'm not going to go as far as to say it's not a legitimate tactic but it forces us to stay in a massive fleet that would crush you no matter what knowledge you have. We probably would have suspected you had spies regardless, but admitting it doesn't help you get an even fight.
As for a challenge, you declared war on us because you said you wanted a challenge. All we want to do is kill you.

Yes, other places. And by "other places" you mean haulers, miners and agent runners and people who have no way to fight you. It's fine. It's piracy and ganking but if that's what you guys wanted to pay 44mil for then great. Good luck.
When we have a 90 person fleet it's going to be just about every able bodied PvPer in SE. That means any kills you got were our non-PvPers. Great job.

But atleast I'm not an Empire Pirate. You guys could have saved the 44mil, bought a bunch of Tristans with smartbombs and blown up mining barges from now until the end of time. You didn't have to declare war to be Empire Pirates.
