As the title says i am searching for a solo setup for exploration.
I have never done it before and the above setup is from information i
have gathered so far from the forums, but with no personal experience.
I have kept it cheap because its gonna be my first try (don't even know if
it's worth it against running lvl4's ) but if i must use some faction/deadspace
modules it won't be a problem.
For low-sec, null-sec i would like to use the cov-ops but i have no idea if such
low dps could cope with the rats there.

P.S. I don't want to have to dock and refit.
This has to be a solo setup. I don't own a second account.

High sec exploration is the equivalent of a level 1 or 2 mission.
Low sec exploration is the equivalent of a level 3 or 4 mission.
Your setup should work well for both, just watch out for pirates!

Could you propose me a fit with a covops cloak for low-sec,
or a covops is not needed for low-sec?

A legion is massive overkill for high sec exploration - it would take quite a while just to pay for the hull.

Sadly, T3s are the only ships that combine probe bonus with the ability to actually run the combat sites.

Not sure if you would need a probing ship to find sites in high sec, a core probes provide better scanning than combat probes.

Not to mention that many of the Highsec Combat sites are limited to Frigate hulls only. I haven't done highsec exploration since T3s have came out, and I'm unsure whether or not they allowed into the same 2/10 sites which accept HACs, if not, that's another thing to consider.
As for the Lowsec sites, it depends on which type you a running, most Lowsec Combat Complex sites will usually require a HAC or Battlecruiser to complete, sometimes Battleships for some of the harder 6/10s. Your Legion should be fine against the majority of them. Worth pointing out that the Hacking and Salvage sites are generally a lot easier, combat wise to clear, than the combat sites. a Covert Legion would probably have very little issue clearing even the harder Radar/Mag sites.
