Why didn't you just unlock the original one and let whomever you just refunded have number 15?

Thank you Gem, it's like I said, yes I am trying to raise isk to buy a NYX BPO but I am not going to raise one isk I don't feel good about. I felt it I took the isk when I said 14 tickets it would be lining my own pockets at another's expense. I will have another auction soon for a Hull and all 20 subs. hope you play.
