I usually get WC with Angels and Sansha but i recently changed locations and I got a Serpentis/Guristas one
I warp into the 2nd room, full of serpentis, and see the 2 Angel Spy frigs sitting there, same as you get in the Angels 2nd room. every other rat in the room is serpentis
what is this? anyone else seen it?

They're always there. Angels and Serpentis have a long history of cooperating (look up Guardian Angels in the wiki and backstory documents).

I must be down about 200Mil from being ****y and complacent in level 4s and getting frigate ganked, scrammed, webbed and damped to the point of no return. You can't run, you can't maneuver and you can't target them to direct your drones. POP goes a Domi.

Not if it's a dual LAR Domi. I could easily tank full room agro on the Gurista side in my Domi even with fairly low skills back when I still missioned on this character.
