To cut things short, i was a naughty boy, And bought 1billions worth of eve isk over about a 12 month period and it caught up to me,
for those of you who don't know the effects of negative wallet, u cant trade, buy stuff, do contracts, sell stuff, or buy ammo
All i can do is level 1 missions and some lvl 2, I don't have standards for other stuff over the past month iv cut it down to -891million from 1 billion..
And its dam depressing, i am sorry i ever bought isk.. so i am just worrying if anyone would help bail me out, if just 891 people give me 1mil id be out of debt, or even helped pay 20% of it off, it help so much

No raging, no hate, im not forcing anyone to help me out so no need to start argument
My ingame name is Amarrs Reflection Remember i cant accept contracts... so if anyone is willing enough to donate a mil or 2 to help me out, only way is to you the ingame "give money function"

Any way you can just use the legalized RMT we have in eve to get rid of your money problems. Since you cant make contracts or market orders the easiest way is probably using GTC instead of plexes:

You can't create a contract with a negative wallet 
To the OP:
Unfortunately, you will find little sympathy from the forums. The vast majority of us HATE RMT with a passion, because RMT is associated with account hackings (bad), macros/bots (bad), ISK selling spam (annoying), scam spam (also annoying, but also annoying that people fall for it), etc...
You essentially have two options left:
1) biomass (delete) your character and start over from a fresh slate.
2) If your character has too many assets/skills to throw away, then create a new character and build him up enough to pay off the negative balance.
EDIT:
3) I just remembered that you can trade with a negative wallet. You can create an alt, trade him your assets, build him up enough to pay broker fees/sales tax and then start selling your assets to pay off the negative balance.

You *CAN* do in station trading, so if you have multiple accounts, you can trade some ammo.
The FOURTH option available to you is to buy PLEX and sell those on an alt account to pay off the debt. It would certainly be an ironic solution to your problem.

If u get any ship blown up, you are ****ed, only way to get ships is to ask people to hettison them in space so u can jump in them, ammo is huge issue, i cant SELL anything i salavage and it makes u want to rage 24/7
