Generally when some alliance does the most ****ing awesome and epic thing ever in EVE, Like ISS, CVA, SF, or U'K, the space-counterstrike teenagers come along and squash it because they are actually AFRAID of neutral outposts. This is common amongst preteens with Steam accounts. ETA: Also amongst old nerdy dudes who value killmails more than hot sex. No I am not mad.
