Well, children, gather round. It's the end of another year of derring-do and dabauchery in the land of CAOD, so perhaps it's a decent time to review the 'shining lights' and 'bag of ****es' of the CAOD world.
So come on, sit on my knee, have a stroke of my beard and tell Windy what you think of our alliances' performances over the last 12 months.
Santa Windypops needs to know who have been good girls and boys so I know where to fully unload my sack, and who will simply get a slice of my Yule log.
Here's my starter for 10....
'Deersappointment' of the Year (Alliance that failed to live up to expectations): Has to be Goonswarm. Folded faster than an origami champion. Now a nobody.
Fancy a drunken snog under the mistletoe (not supposed to fancy them but you do): PL have done pretty well at reinventing themselves from the alliance suffered the biggest ever defeat in Eve history at the hands of IT to being a reasonably chill alliance. Not yet able to hold any space of their own, but they're having fun while they gain experience.
Office stud (best all round performer): Has to be IT. Written off a year ago, but managed to reinvent themselves and are still the alliance that all other alliances measure themselves against.
Caught with their arse on the photocopier (most cringeworthy alliance): Has to be TEST. Bleat incessantly on the forums but have yet to achieve a single victory against any opponent.
Employee of the Month (CAOD's star performer - best poaster or commentator): Tough one - 6 months ago it would have been Butter Dog, but since he's buggered off I'm going to push my turkey stuffing into Snot Shot. He's been pretty much on fire recently.
Everyone thinks you're dumb.
When everyone let you speak for them, you can reply for everyone. Until then i suggest you speak for yourself.
I must say Mr. Evenstars reply is the most predictive sofar. Looking forward to more.
Merry christmas to you all!
