I got an offer for 5-day reactivation, and Eve being Eve I ofcourse went for it this morning. Gotten the rust off my wings by re-learning some of the really basic basics by going for a mining tour, and now I want to hit up some missions.
Only, I found myself in a system quite far from my safe comfortable Minny zone with no agents and nothing but a basic frigate. I remember I could do level 2 missions, although back then I flew a destroyer half the time. Still, the minny frigate (forgotten the name, the staple one) used to be quite sturdy and with some proper kitting and my skills I should be able to handle some level 2's. And if not, I'll blow up and buy a new ship
Now, my problem is: I'm in Nausschie. I've no idea anymore how/who/where I can get some proper missions. I barely remember how to fly. So really, I'm looking for a somewhat nearby system that has level 2 missions, I don't care what sort as long as it gets me flying again. Next to that, oh dear lord any tips to help me get back into the game would be so appreciated I feel rustier than a 200 year old shipwreck.

Ymirus, I suggest doing the starter set of missions first to get you back into the game as a whole.
Hit F12, and set a course for the starter agent's.
After that you can do a search for NPC corps you want to work for, or do this now, see which agents are available to you, and set a course for one of them.

Use that, find Agents you can use, F10 is the map, you can search for systems there, and plan routes to get there. Stick to level 1 in a Frigate until you can look at Cruisers.

If you're just cruising around and don't have a particular goal (such as increase standing to corp X) in mind, the map (F10) can be a quick way to find agents. It can display the agents you can use. The choice is "my available agents" under the "my information" tab which in turn is accessible from the "star map->star" tab.
