Has excellent support skills for larger ships and cross-training will be easy.
Has Thermodynamics, Nanite Interfacing, and Nanite Operation for overheating.
Has Biology, Nanite Control, and Neurotoxin Recovery for hardcore combat booster use.
Has four bodies -- one with full +5s and skill hardwires, one with full +4s and skill hardwires, and two with full +4s but no skill hardwires. All are in high-sec.
Has positive security status.
Has positive wallet.
Can have three R&D agents. Not combat-related, but it's easy ISK so I thought I'd mention it.

This is pretty perfect for rvb, so if it's fairly priced it should hold value well and be therefore kind of a free character.

Look at your skill points you have some good but lot of wasted 4 bill is way to high for a b/o Ill start you out at 2 bill and I think that's even to high.

Excuse me? 14.5 million skill points total. Something like 900k of that isn't directly combat related, and those SP are directly related to making ISK. Tell me ... where's the waste?
Four bodies, all implanted with a minimum of a full set of +4s.
Two billion is too low to be a serious offer for this character.
