there is the thread i transfered the character to the buyer before removing my tengu and the isk for the sale of the character Bo Meano
I amediately sent in a petition to have the transfer stopped or to have the isk and ship sent to this character which is in the same acccount
but the transfer went threw anyways and now i have no isk from the sale of the character or the tengu in which the buyer of my character Bo Meano was going to buy for 500 mill in a seperate transaction so as of right now the guy has a tengu worth over 900 million as well as the 6.5 billion he paid for the character and he now has control on that character also i sent petition as of 3:52 eve time for the transfer to be stopped it is now like 13 hours later
can i have my petition or this situation resolved so i dont get screwed please

Bought a character and the seller left the ISK in the wallet. He messaged me and said, "I left my ISK, can you transfer it to me?" Guess what, I did. So if you haven't maybe you should ask him first rather than tie up the character in petitions. If you did and he's a epeen, I'm sorry.

lol of course we talked about it right after it happened whis was like 1 min after i started the character transfer now this moring hes giving me the run around and saying the isk isnt here or ur ship then says hes gotta go so im tryin gto get this issue resolved before i get screwed

The best way to get this taken care of is by a petition. I checked your petition and made sure it is in the appropriate queue, and it is, so a GM will get to it as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience.

ok i know petitions takle a while but i figured a petition to stop a transfer because im paying for the transfer with real money would be higher up in que so i figured it would have been stopped before the 10 hours was up for the transfer so i could get my ship and isk transfered to this toon

I really need this petition to be taken care of ASAP the guy i sold the character too
has my tengu and the 6.5 bill that he paid for my character
when he shouldnt have because i petitioned them to stop the transfer and now the guy wont send me the isk i need ccp to take care of this now as i paid real money to transfer this character and sure it is my fault that i left it in there to transfer a character takes 10 hours it should have been rectified before they comkpleted the tranfer and stopped it its now like almost a day i paid real money and now have nothing i need my petition to be put higher in the que

If you read the sticky youd know that this happens sometimes and that CCP will do something about it as soon as they get to it. Chill dude, mistakes happen. I just hope you have a record of the actual sell price somewhere like forums or mail.

ya well everyone can say chill dude till ur in a situation and then get told to chill i dont make a habit of paying real money for bullcrap first off the transfer shouldnt have gone threw one minute after i started the transfer i sent in the petition so i will chill when they take care of the issue at hand

I was in the same position as you a while back. CCP WILL get your isk back to you. But you aren't the only playing this game and you certainly aren't the only one who pays money to play this game. Get in line and wait!
Remember dude, you're the one who created the problem, not CCP.

Dont blame CCP for your mistake man.. they need to make sure your claim is legit.. all this things take time... you made a mistake and it happens more often then I would like to know I am sure...
next time follow the step by step on how to do a transfer and you wont get this issues.
You made a mistake and they will fix it if everything is as it should be.

As you can see by my responses I have openly admitted that you did in fact send me 6.5b ISK in your wallet. That's
apparently what I paid you for the toon.
So if I was going to try to steal your ISK, would I admit that I had it, in public?
I am not trying to ***** the seller, I am going through the proper channels and asking a GM to fix the situation.
And if you keep telephone harassing me, I will file a Police Report, and provide it to CCP. That will get your
rump kicked out of this galaxy I'm pretty sure.
So like everyone else is telling you, chill out. You caused the problem, not me, not us, not CCP. Just go play your
other character and wait in line like everyone else.
If any CCP staff would like to, you are welcome to check on the status of the Petition I have filed as well.

There's no way to prove that that is actually the seller.
And ISD advised me not to and wait for the open petition to be answered.

Thank you. I am being fair about it. I'm sure a percentage of people would have just tried to ignore / block the guy.
I'm sure he will get his ISK. But I'm not sending it, he's not getting the character back because I already paid for it
(and have changed implants / skill training plan, jump clones, clone types and locations, Corp, etc).
The guy just needs to have some patience. I know he feels bad and I've done everything I can to try to assure him
that I am trying to work with my CCP Petition to a GM. If he can't understand that I am not trying to steal his ISK,
what else is there I can do? I even took off work 6 hours early to come home and try to fix the problem (open a Petition).
I was looking forward to playing my newly bought character tonight. In fact that's what I am going to go do now! :)
MERRY CHRISTMAS! (Even to the freaked out seller!) LOL!

CCP Zymurgist - Would you mind checking my open petition about this character sale and perhaps note that there are two open petitions? One from the purported seller and one from me, the new owner of the character?
This person threaten in chat that they would cancel the character and take it back, however I am not returning it. I already own and have paid for it.
As far as the ISK that the seller sent on accident, I am awaiting an answer from a GM as to how to return it (verify that this is the seller) as not to get scammed myself. I don't want the 6.5b ISK, I want it to go to whomever sold me the toon.

The transfer is not being cancelled. It has been completed, I own the character. CCP will return your ISK if they see fit. I am not dealing with you anymore. I have reported you for harassment and my cell phone is on. I have to have it for work. Do not call it. If you call it one more time I am filing a Police Report and will have you arrested.

I already have my ISK back. That's the problem. Go find something else to do while you are waiting for CCP to send the ISK you stupidly gave away.
I suggest Star Wars : The Next Generation, season 5. That's when the character development peaked.

Once again the character transfer is not being canceled, it was completed because I paid for the character. CCP should send you the 6.5b ISK as I reported to them that I have it.
But I am so sorry about the Tungu. It just got blown up outside Jita. Can you bring a Noctis REALLY fast!?

the tengu was reported in the petition as well so now worries ill be glad when this is over and i dont have to deal with you again
oh ya u also accepted buying the tengu for 500 mill isk in 2 forum threads so if it got blew up thats ur own problem
