Rodents of Unusual Size was formed in (approximately) 1892 as a corporation for likeminded people to kick back, shoot some fools and enjoy the sights and sounds of EVE Online.
Many of us came from larger corps and alliances. We had become disillusioned with the increasing way in which these bodies were becoming more and more complex, moving steadily further from the central concept that EVE is...
JUST A VIDEO GAME*
ROUS quickly became a place where people could live with a common understanding of what it means to be free from these expectations, but still be successful as a corp, and have a laugh at the same time.
It's hard to describe what it means to be a Rodent, or what we're looking for in prospective Rodents. But we know it when we see it. We stand by each other as super space friends and as allies. Not because we must, but because we can.
And we love to blow up spaceships. Pewpew!
I urge you to check out our recruitment page. I spent a good few hours putting that together and I'd hate it if nobody used it.

PVP - Highsec wars, lowsec roaming, corporation tournaments
PVE - Plexing, Missions, Ratting and exotic dancing
Industry - we have resources for R&D and manufacturing

Hey, I'm looking for a good corp that don't put internet spaceships above a good time. I'm a pvp n00b, very little SP and a couple of deaths from gate camps is all I have to my pvp record. I've reg'd on your site and I'll hang (read loiter like a dirty little rash) in your public channel until you realise how more super awesome your corp will be with me in it.
Look at this list of awesome that could be yours!
*Typo's in the in game chat at least every 32 seconds. I like to think of it as free puzzles for people to solve while I banter.
*A female charachter who is in fact a MAN in real life.... who'd have thought! Ssssh don't tell anyone, I'm sure no one else will notice and it means I can wear my new pink dress in my capsule and not feel dirty.
*My SP has been invested heavily into frigate based death and destruction, it's my duty as a good minmatar frigate pilot to boldly throw rifters at other ships till the tape and scaffolding clogs their engines and they explode.
*A kill ratio SO FREAKING AWESOME that you can't even see it because it's that far out of your perception....
I do have an isk generating alt on another account that focuses on industry. Thus I've actually been in game for 8 months but I am not a member of a huge corp with that account (just a 5 man industry corp) and should you guys prove entirely awesome as I hope I do to you I'll be happy to show senior staff who he is. Yes I understand that this may mean I can't join till I give up his details but I'll be happy to get to know and fly with you/chat in public channel till then.
