remove warp scram/distruptors for everyone except interdictors and heavy interdictor bubbles (make the bubbles fleet friendly though) every noob and his dog warp scrams and no one uses interdictors, so now skills get the kills make dreads long range station attackers only and give them the ability to use a system warp bubble or a (gravity well generator if u will) so any ship battlecruser size or larger that warps gets pulled onto the bubble and is unable to warp away.this should fill the hole where warap scrams/distruptors used to be in large battles. then add a new ship class: the capital battleship with enough tank to fight caps but small enough to get into empire. give 2 types. the fleet version and the command version(so fleet commanders in cap battles got a flag ship) add a 4th row of modules above the highslots so the captial battleship has 2 rows of guns/bays, large guns/bays like a normal battleship and 2-3 capital guns/bays. make the skill requiremnt equal or greater then a titan training so not every noob has one but they got somthing cool to aim at someday accpet somoning they cant even fly in empire. id also like to see moon mining in wormholes. add skills to the game that let the player pilot the ship manualy with the a,w,d,s keys or a flight stick idk im sure ccp would work it out and make the frig class ships more like fighters add skills to the game that let the pilot fly cruiser class and larger ships with more advanced manuvers. like the ability to aling and come along side a target ship and broadside to increse damage slightly or a defenceive manuver that rolls the ship over so the strongest part of the shields or armor is facing the enermy ship increaseing your defence have the options near the orbit. and make the ships move into position automaticaly once the option is selcted.iv noticed that in larger battles is an ugly mess players just land and start pummeling each other where they land.. seems like such a waste with the rest of the game being so detailed. add a cloaked nest like a bubble u can set in space so a small fleet has the ability to hide in a safe space and u dont spoil a surprize attack( not to big like 6000m or so jsut big enough to get 2-3 ships under(just an idea might be a lil unbalenced though) id also like to see skills added to the game that let u plot a course to anywhere in a system.. tie it into the scaner and the map this way players might be able to find there own safe spots without just warping a few times and book marking. move the skills that effect probe scanning into navigation and rename navigation, navigation and exploration or somthing because science is already packed with skills anyways. more modular ships maybe some frigs or a crusier/battleship dedicated logistics battleship or maybe a smaller frieghter for wormholes
just some ideas my spelling and typing sucks i know :)

/signed, although then a few more types of interceptors and interdictors should be available or at least scrambler / disruptors allowed for some other ship types. otherwise you have to rely on fleets to get kills.

solo in eve is a joke and a good way to get killed. yes i want my cap in empire so i can dock it and show it off i wont deny that. warp scrams are too much power for 1 person to have and more team work cant hurt, also whats the point of a interdictor if any noob can throw on a 500k isk scram and ruin somones day. i think it would make the game more challenging pvp wise if if the prey can run. i dont even moon mine myself but i dont see how u can moon mine in 1 place but not in a wormhole they are still moons after all. more ships would be nice but i think even a radical change to how we play now would make the game more intresting(the aim of the game isnt just killing other players its for everyone to play and have fun, for some poeple thats minning or running away from gankers or even pirating) i dont feel pity for gankers if scrams get taken away now or ever :)
feed back comming so ccp can get a good look at my ideas :)

other way around, what is an interceptor for, when any ship can fit scrams? |

A: your odd idea's about dreads/bubbles/interdiction/slots are just fking crazy. Unbalanced, broken, ridiculous. Wont happen. The equalizing effect of bubbles is very important. Warp scrams and disruptors are actually not all that used in huge fights. The target usually dies too quickly to warp away, is caught in a Interdiction bubble already, or is just plain thinking his logistics will get there in time.
B: Moon mining in WH's wont happen because moon income is one of the driving factors in the fights between 0.0 alliances. Remove nullsec moon mining and you destroy a lot of important aspects of nullsec warfare /politics. Economicly, it's just not possible/feasible option or idea.
C: wasd control/directional shield. This wont happen, though it sounds good on paper. You seem to think that large battles are just a large brawlfest, while this is not true at all. Large coordinated fleet fights are insanely fast paced scrambles even without adding directional defences/attacks that would add even more lag to fights. Also, the eve server treates all objects as spheres, so under the current system this idea is impossible as well as unfeasible.
D: yes your cloaky bubble is indeed horribly unbalenced, unless the bubble could also be scanned out with probes, and could not be anchored on the same grid as POS's, Gates, or other player controlled istallations. (cloaked gank raven hiding 5km off JB's anyone?) Exiting/entering the bubble woud also generate that same cloak delay as cloaks on non cloaking ships. (said gank raven just off grid in a buble within 6 seconds warp of JB)
E:The current system of BM's is also an important factor in long lasting fleet fights adn gang fights as the fights moves from gates to celestaisl, etc. I dont really see any real benifit to addint your suggested function besides "hey this is kind of cool"
F: as for modular frigs/BS / Logistics bonused BS, smaller freighters... Quite possible, no real objections to this in eve community to strong to prevent CCP from implementing these, I just think they havent gotten around to balanceing more t3's correctly and we will end up with a smaller freighter as one of the "suprise gifts" sooner or later imo.
