Overloaded does 345 dps, quite a lot for a frig sized ship...Not entirely sure on the tank, which would be hard to measure considering most of a frigs tank comes from it's ability to avoid damage entirely.
By the way, that fit requires implants(and it doesnt have a scram...) and would die a horrible death if someone attempted to actually fly it. Could boost dps a bit more with implants but meh.

well, im not really a frigate person myself, but if you mean any kind of tank (speed ect.) then I would say the dramiel because nothing would be able to keep up with it or track it, just my quick thought on it... but it's probably the daredevil for the most DPS.

It would be nice idea to specify, do you mean T1/T2 or Faction frigs, are bombers included or not, and if setup must be flyable or not

specification: tech 1 frig only , tech 1 modules only (no named), ship has to be so vanilla its flavourless but take it as player having level 5 skillage and no overheating.
can i be more specific?

Then i think the merlin would have the best tank.... and rifter for best dps?
