T2 Kinetic Heavy Assault missiles, web scram and warrior II drones by the looks of it. may well have shield rigs installed as his low slots have ballistic control II's in them.
Seems like a pretty standard solo PvP set up. Oh and he/she is overheating the HAMS as well.

From what I saw this was the setup, it usually needs a RCU or PDU to fit it all w/o the third BCU, but I suspect he was using grid/cpu implants or meta gear.

It's a pretty standard HAM drake fit, most likely with either an implant or a ancillary rig so he doesn't need a lowslot for a fitting mod, and some meta-stuff like DCU/LSE.
The youtube comments are priceless, tho.

Just don't watch, the first 1/2 is a drake shooting a harb in a belt or something, it doesn't shoot back until it's in hull and he doesn't use his neut (on this laser boat with an active tank...) but does overheat his launchers where there doesn't seem to be the need to hurry things along. |

this is probbly his fit
verty solid fitting and doesn't need a fitting implant if you have maxed fitting skills (yes you need AWU V) with good skills you can get it around 600 dps not overloaded max skills 677

edit: stupid me he uses a warp disruptor instead of scram anyway scram works just fine for me
