Downtime finishes at 10:30/11pm or 9:30/10pm depending on daylight savings. Though from what i hear in the NC it takes 1-2 hours to form fleet before anything ever happens. So joining fleet at 10pm on daylight savings you might not leave till 12/1am? either way you look at it its unrealistic expectations to assume people can CTA ops out of their timezone, unless they are in that Centerlink corporation

But why the hell did you drop a station there to begin with? You'd already been having trouble in this area and things were obviously not all that shiny, no matter what picture you'd like to paint of it. There are definitely two sides to this story. Yours is only half.

Also the fact that the alliance JUST added over 200 EU/US guys to the roster might mean something, those guys could have been on your Eu/US tz ops rage, now they are blowing your stuff up instead... My corp joined the day before the reset news and now has 6.72 billion isk of NC damage in its KB and what... 80 mill losses, in 2 days of fighting? Nice. The simple truth is you chose to keep your carebear pets happy and now the paintrain is coming... Trust me, I almost know what I'm doing.
