Can someone provide me with a solid Rifter fitting that can be used to complete the SoE mission chain? Thanks.

I spent about 5 minutes typing a message to help you out before I realized I was giving advice based off of the passive tanked Jaguar assault frigate I used to finish the chain.
Now I feel obligated to post something but it has been so long since I have PVE'd in a T1 frig I'm a bit lost.
I know I preferred shield tanking the rifter for PVE and using 250mm ACs. As many gyros as you can fit in the lows and make sure it has an afterburner.
For a couple of the later missions in the arc you may need to use a cruiser though. (either Rupture or Stabber would work fine)

The possible fitting depends a lot of your skills. A very basic T1 fitting:
[Rifter, Epic]
Gyrostabilizer I
Tracking Enhancer I
Small Armor Repairer I
Cold-Gas I Arcjet Thrusters
Stasis Webifier I
Cap Recharger I
150mm Light 'Scout' Autocannon I, EMP S
150mm Light 'Scout' Autocannon I, EMP S
150mm Light 'Scout' Autocannon I, EMP S
Small Diminishing Power System Drain I

The last mission has a tough NPC, you will need 3 gyrostabs or a friend to break the tank. You can fit the lows with a 200mm Reinforced Rolled Tungsten Plates I instead of the Tracking Enhancer (some fitting skills required).
That "buffer" setup give you more EHP then a DCU or EANM and enough time to kill rats until your repper can handle the incoming damage.

This is what I used on a week old minmater fw alt and it easily ran every single mission in the chain including the two bosses.

I didn't have trouble against single targets or a few targets in a rifter with shield extenders and autocannons. But I found the easiest way to beat the big drone swarms was in a cruiser with smartbombs.
