OP you have structured this arrangement wrong.
For anybody who participates they have no guarantee you will pay out.
I have an established track record and do not mind being 3rd party here.
Send me the total "isk pot" and I can release funds under your instruction when I see confirmation of API kills.
This will give peace of mind to any "hunters" endeavouring to see space justice prevail for you.

Will pay another 150m for a verified podkill.
Will pay 50m for his corpse delivered to Jita and traded to me.
400m total potential payout. First-come, first-serve.
2nd place can get a payout of 50% initial value, 200m total with the following breakdown.
100m ship
75m ship+pod
25m corpse delivered.
Edit: 1st place killer can double-dip and get both payouts.
