Mantalore Vandred Caldari Integrated Network Services	Posted - 2010.12.31 03:24:00 - [1] As the subject announces, I'm a 31mil C - Primary/A - Secondary pilot looking for a new corporation that wants as much from me as I want from them. I am BS oriented w/ HAC to spare. Missiles and lasers are my bread and butter as I make jelly of the mark. This is what I want from a corporation... 1. Loyalty towards your Corp members, and I don't mean carebear kissing love and affection, I want to know the ship to my flanks is willing to run down the bunny hole with me. 2. Accepting of your own mistakes. I will not have a corporation leader telling a fleet that they were wrong for attacking something we were ordered to destroy. Responsibility is a beautiful thing. 3. The want and strive to better the corporation/alliance, to find new room for expansion and to pvp in every aspect of the word. Members aren't jellybeans if they are willing to fight the fight and live off the spoils. 4. Communication amongst the ranks. The chain of command is built for a reason, however, that does not mean leaders can not reach down to their subordinates and have a conversation about an upcoming offensive, or how that bar was in Tijuana. What you can expect of me... I will fight with my fellow pilots, with whatever ship I am in, until the threat is gone or we get demolished. I believe in being honest with the corporation I am involved with and should see positive results with my efficiency and the efficiency of the other members. Real life always comes first, however I will be as active as possible. I guarentee results, the chance is needed and the tools to complete the mission. If you have what I want and you have what I want, then let's talk and do business. I have no time for diddy dally and wanted an organization that I can grow, develop, meet up with new comrades and call a team. Trust is in sparse commodity and I value it amongst all other qualities. I currently use VENT, willing to move to TS. If I can't talk to you in a battle verbally, then I won't be battling with you... A voice is more reliable than typing on a screen when your getting a torp flying your way. What's the last thing you see before exiting a stargate? You seem to have trouble finding the right people and it also seems to be turning you desperate, which is not a good way to deal with trouble. See, some are only better than others, no one is perfect, however. There will always be a pilot on your side who will let you down, who will bail or even spy on you and betray you. You then need to pick them up where they are and lead by example. In short, your points 1. to 4. depend on the weather just as much as they depend on yourself. --
