IF its not able to fly a charon CHANGE the headline cause its says "Charon pilot" Also is this freaking JITA???

With roughly 1 hour of training to fly a Charon, I consider this toon a Charon Pilot. Only the two skills are needed and I do not wish to put any more isk into this toon. If someone bids and desires it, I will inject the skills and start training them asap.
Also, because of the $20 transfer fee, I will not accept any offers (significantly) below 1 billion. If no one thinks this toon is worth that amount (which I understand), he will simply die when the subscription is up.
