Isk received, character transfer must be delayed however. I am getting a "service unavailable" message when I attempt to transfer it to your account. I will try to find a work around and short of that I will try every few hours until it goes through. I apologise for the inconvenience but it is out of my control. I have also submitted a petition to get this resolved. Once again, my apologies.

This is a "glitch", there is nothing wrong with the service, the UI on that screen is confusing, here's how to complete the transfer:
Do NOT hit the "Next" button, FIRST click on either of the payment options buttons (credit card or PLEX), this will open up new options, only AFTER you have filled in those spaces should you hit the 'Next" button.
I think they mucked this up when they added the PLEX payment option because I DON'T remember it being like that before, & it would REALLY help if you got an "Error" message instead of that "Service Unavailable" crap. As many petitions as they get about this you would think they'd have changed this for clarification by now but I guess not. Hope that helps, good luck!

Thank you very much but I had actually filled all that out. They really should update that UI though.

Character transferred to the account you specified in eve mail. I apologise for the inconvenience, it was a problem with my bank; they'd flagged CCP as fraudulent for some reason. Please lock this thread mods.
