I am currently using some Griffin BPC for invention and have the User Manual Decryptor. When I goto install the job it says no Decryptor found. I have tried placing it everywhere I can but still ssays not found, am I missing something?

In station? Pos lab? it needs to be in same place as bpc but for pos lab has to be in same division as job run from in the pos lab also is 5 to 10 min delay sometimes before registers as being in lab

Cacheing issue. Either wait a few minutes or relog.

Thanks, I will see if it is a caching issue but have relogged and it still remains the same. I also have all the items in the same location in the POS but still it doesnt recognise it.

Make sure ALL invention materials are in the same corp hanger.

They are all in the same hanger in the same division, I have even taken the BPC and dropped it in the same location as the datacores and the Decrypter, I still does not recognise it. I even looked at the Decryptor as I thought it maybe a racial issue but the Decryptor is Caldari, same as the ships.
It recognises an Installation Guide if I put it in the same location so why not the "User Manual"?

It's a cacheing issue.
Usually I solve it - when I'm sick of waiting - logoff,
Delete the \cache\MachoNet directory
Login, and voila. It recognize it immediately.

You sir are a lifesaver. After trying everything I did as you suggested and it now recognises them.
