VERY interested. Uber interested, you might say. :)
Could you pls send me a skill set breakdown, with special attention paid to the Gunnery and Drones skills?
Has this char. ever been a member of a known pirating corp?
Has this char. ever been in [FEDEF], and if so, what's his current rank with the militia?
Does the char. have any remaps available, or unallocated SP?
Does this char. currently have a bounty?
If this works out, I'm ready to pay the ISK immediately. Pls let me know at your conveniance.

Haha, lol. Guess I should have posted a number along with all that other stuff.
I'm thinking 4 billion ISK sounds about right. (Judging solely by the purchase price of most 65M+ SP chars, being around 12 billion.) If you have remamps, or unallocated SP available, we can of course negotiate.
And... why are you sellings this toon? :)
