How could someone be a thief, when you give him ISK, before he set up a real contract. Did he just give you the image of a T2 BPO?

I beleive Dewgong called himself a third party, pretended to hold a T2 BPO by shopping it, then absconded with Skaarl's iskies.

the more funny part is ... who needs a 3rd party for an item that can be put into a normal item exchange contract for 10000 isk.
