As an American the very last thing I want to do is to protect -your- ass. Americans have been fighting on behalf of other people for the last 100 frigging years and it's long past the stale sell-by date. Really what I want is to sit back and watch the Russians, Chinese and Iranians make life absolute hell for everyone else on the planet. And then it'll be up to everyone else to fix their own problems.

..so owkay, I'll play nice and give a serious reply to the OP;
1) If the account was hijacked, through hack or somehow getting access to the password, then the involved parties will be found by CCP and banned. Most accounts thefts end up being liquidized for isk, then the isk is sold for RL money. Since your Rorq died, this is very unlikely to be the case.
2) And if it was the case, it's more than likely that the account owner either shared his password with someone (probably someone he trust a great deal, like a family member, that'd explain why he wasn't in certain chats either since another client would've been used). Someone stealing the pass through malicious software wouldn't just log in to lose a ship, see point #1.
3) Corp getting outside of POS shield. That can be alot of reasons. The most likely is that the pilot simply went AFK and accidently was moving, and just kept going outside. He could've been bumped out too, by POS itself if he failed his cyno/warp-in, etc.
4) Aggression can be extended past an hour, so you're wrong there. But that's very unlikely anyway. Why would a Rorq be aggressed? Did it put combat drones on anything? Highly unlikely aggression is involved.
* TL;DR *
At the end of the day, the most likely thing to have occured is this.
- Your player logs in, or has a friend/family member log in for him. To change skills, or whatever. Quite likely using another client/PC than usual, that'd explain why he's not in your chats either. He either accidently warp wrong and get bumped out, or he AFK'ed out of the POS somehow. Hostiles have noticed this, cyno in a Titan and just instagib you. The end.
There's no hacks, no maliciousness. Just a player error, and perhaps an account sharing (most likely) involved. I wouldn't even bother pulling in CCP in that, since that's against the EULA and will get the pilot a ban. I guess that's another reason he might be lying to you guys as well. If he asked family/friend to do thing X for him when he's napping, then he obviously is responsible but still can't tell you guys about it.

Sure it has. This one springs to mind.
tl;dr - Democratically elected Guatemalan government forces American company to sell land it wasn't even using to build cheap houses for peasants. Company gets butthurt, uses influential shareholders to lobby for American intervention. CIA arms and trains rebel army for a coup, and uses counter-intelligence to prevent the Guatemalan army from fighting back. Well. Since I served for 13 years, I feel I must reply to all the uninformed drivel in this thread.
A war we won in the last century? Try WWII for starters. If you're European, you really shouldn't be dumping on US service members. You wouldn't be here if not for us.
While some say we serve by choice, we don't get to choose the wars we fight in. I got sent to Iraq even though I thought (and still think) George W. Bush is an idiotic puppet with **** Cheney's hand so far up his ass he couldn't say "mommy" without permission, and that we should have been over in Afg looking for OBL.
So when my time was up and "Uncle Sam" offered me a reenlistment bribe, I told them to stick it and went home.
Ofc, it is absolutely true that so much of the turmoil in the world today is a result of US meddling in external affairs that are of no true concern to us. Who do you think sold ****** his WMDs?
