If the said station(s) gets attacked and blown up when you are out of your ship and walking around it, I wonder if you'll have time to run back to your ship and get out of the station before if goes BOOOM, if not that would be tricky in regards to getting your clone if it was based in the same station that gets blown up.

Going by several youtube videos we can do that already. The question is will the station(s) we can walk around be blow up-able?

Only the concord and ishukone HQs have only blown up.
And in those cases nothing happened.
You can still dock, and people who were docked there saw nothing happen.
and further more why do i even need a sig? |

can't walk in POS, as you can't even dock there.. might need to get your facts straight first OP.
Every station we can dock at can't be destroyed, only change ownership.
So worst case that can happen would be running around a station where another alliance has house-rules 
support
