Is there really no way out if you are stuck in a WH? I am currently stuck in J124753. If anyone finds it let me know I'll be happy to pay a reward! :-)

Look for probing services in Forum and in EVE.
It will most likely cost you so have wallet ready.
Otherwise your are pretty much spucked.
You may have to click your heels together three times, say "there's no place like Empire" three times, and then pod yourself.

why are you stuck........lost your ship? lost your probes? wh closed behind you? forgot to bookmark the entrance?

I there a POS in the system? You could write a mail to the CEO of that corp.
Or you could hope for someone to enter the system and ask them for help (use the directional scanner).
You may get shot though, depending on whom you ask... :-D

Now, that said... ;) Yes, you can always get out of W-space. If there's no wormhole open, one is going to open at some point. Of course, in order to make use of this - you need the launcher and the probes.
Without probes, you really only have two ways out:
1) Wait for someone else to appear, and beg them to help you out. With luck, they will. Without luck, they will just destroy you.
2) Self Destruct.
