So i'm going to be very busy RL this semester writing a large essay and whatnot and i figured i'd work on my logistics skills. Currently i am working on shield emission and planning to get it to 5. After that i was either thinking cross training the other races and get into their logistics. Simply put before i start crosstraining the other races what do i need to work on skillwise?
This is my skillplan http://eveboard.com/pilot/Reldor_Silverheart

Logistics V. It's a pain to train, but it's one of those lvl V:s that really pay for themselves in EVE and it's the one skill level that make logistics ships work. ùùù ôIf you're not willing to fight for what you have in ≡v≡à you don't deserve it, and you will lose it.ö ù Karath Piki |

It's on the list, but not top priority right now. And there are fits that get away fine enough with only logi 4.

When I trained Logistics 5 it was a whole new ballgame. It was like piloting a completely different ship.
I went from a fit that was very tight on cap, to the same one where my cap was maxed all the time. This helps a lot when you lose lock, or get neuted.
It really made a huge difference. I put off training 5 for a long time too, and once I did train it, I deeply regretted not having trained it sooner.
If you are serious about Logistics, training it to 5 is a must.

Multitasking, logistics is one of the few ships that can take great advantage of this. I think Scimitar can lock 10 ships maximum. You already have Targeting at V, taking multitasking to III wouldn't even take you half a day. Acceleration control and high speed maneuvering you could take to IV aswell, V would be better. Same with warp drive operation. Anything that helps your cap and speed is good stuff in logistics. |

Right then, now i have a skillplan that extends about 5 months, 156 days to be exact. lots of level 5's. In order of training Shield emission systems 3-5 Logistics 5 Amarr frig 4 Amarr cruiser 5 ((doing amarr first due to it fitting best with my current gallente training)) Caldari frig 4 Caldari cruiser 5 Minmatar frig 4 Minmatar cruiser 5 Multitasking 3 Acceleration control 4 High speed manouvering 4 Warp drive operation 5 Acceleration control 5 High speed manouvering 5 Fuel conservation 5
However ,should i do navigation skills to at least 4 before i move on to crosstrain?

You can trim a week or so by dropping fuel conservation to 4.
Malcanis' Law: Whenever a mechanics change is proposed on behalf of "new players", that change is always to the overwhelming advantage of richer, older players. |
