Perfect shield tanking skills
Perfect probing skills
Jump skills, cynosural 5 and jump portal generation for Black ops already trained. (jump cal 5)
Neural remap available.
Solid missile skills with all the hard work out of the way.
Can use t2 medium size combat drones
Character security status is -0.3
Auction rules
ISK goes to CrazyPill
I will pay transfer fee
Character has a positive wallet balance
Character will be in NPC corp at time of transfer
Opening bid: 10B ISK
Reserve: 13B ISK
Buyout: 15B ISK
Auction ends 24H after reserve is met.

would love to go higher but as caldari aint flawour of the day i have been told this is about rigth price
so ill stand at 11 aint got more anyways :p
