What is the best possible triple tank in the frig, cruiser, (wierd one this) techII, BC, CS.... and battleship classes?
So many peoples say this is do it wrong but I think maybe as bait or buffre it acceptible?

You probably aren't serious but meh. As someone who has dual tanked before I can tell you that tripple tanking is a bad idea. If you wish beyond a dcu it is a bad idea to mix armor and hull tank. You can get a passable shield/armor shield/hull tank but shield/armor/hull{beyond duc} is always weaker than shield/armor or shield/hull.

My opinion? The only way you can make such a ship a valuable asset to a gang is if you sold it on the market and gave your gang the proceeds. It's the very model of inefficiency and waste, and anybody who let you tag along would only do so because they pitied you or wanted to see what kind of salvage they could pry from your wreck. Your request for non-trolling is itself a troll :)

navy domi can do the dual tank extremly well, active shield and passive armor/hull you can get great ehp while still having a 500+ dps tank on the shield the whole time.
